Volunteer work can be beneficial for everybody involved.

For the people we support it can improve fitness and self-confidence, as well as help them to meet new people and get involved in the community.

There are many volunteering opportunities out there, but when matching a person to a placement, our staff’s knowledge of the individual is very important.

We have to think carefully and often creatively to make the arrangement work, but we believe there’s something that will work for everyone.
