Meet Neil – a deaf fundraiser from Ipswich who’s helping his local community to learn sign language

Neil is a dedicated fundraiser who’s out raising money for charity, rain or shine, all year round. He lives in Ipswich in the aptly named ‘Silent Street’. He and his housemates are deaf and hard of hearing.
