New Year’s poems by Donna Harrison
New Year has arrived
This year has gone, now 2023 is here.
The winter 🥶 is here. In January snow ⛄️ is here to stay.
🚪 Door open to Christmas 🎄 that is over now. 🎁 Presents have been opened and food 🥘 left over from last year’s dinner 🍲.
We say goodbye 👋 to 2022 and hello 👋 to 2023.
Cold Year
It’s cold 🥶 on winter ❄️ days
To have snow ⛄️ fall on 2023.
January has lots of snow ⛄️ fall on winter ❄️ days.
It’s cold 🥶 on winter ❄️ days,
When streets are full of white snow ⛄️,
And beautiful scenery on the hill.
It’s cold 🥶 on winter ❄️ days.
