As an executive with over 15 years of leadership experience during her 30 years in management, Becs has played a role in transformation and leading change management initiatives in organisations. Her experience includes serving as a Non-Executive Director for an NHS Trust and as a management consultant working in acquisitions in the social care sector.

Becs is deeply committed to her values, grounded in the belief that everybody matters. She considers it a true privilege to have spent her adult life working with adults with learning disabilities among other vulnerable groups, fostering development and creating meaningful change.
