Trained as a Microbiologist, Belinda has worked in leadership roles across the health and wellbeing sector, notably as Chief Executive and Non-Executive Director of two NHS trusts, CEO of the British Medical Association, the Blood Transfusion Service and the National Childbirth Trust (NCT). 

She brings a wealth of experience supporting organisations through change, most recently leading drug and alcohol charity WithYou through their transformation. 

Former Chair of the Fawcett Society and chair of a Nursing and Midwifery Council Board, Belinda is currently a trustee of Pro-Bono Economics.
