Deborah has spent 30 years in the financial services sector having held executive roles in Williams & Glyn Bank, Resolution, Swiss Re and General Electric.

Her experience covers human resources, operations, communications and governance.

Her career has always been guided by a belief in the importance of creating organisation cultures that value the whole person, whether colleague, customer or client.

She now works independently as an executive coach and management consultant.

Deborah also works in a Non-Executive capacity with the National Citizen Service Trust (NCS) where she serves on the People Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
