With an academic background in law and a subsequent specialism in employment law, Jenny has spent almost 20 years in human resources and was absolutely delighted to take advantage of the opportunity to head up the HR function here at United Response.

With a diverse background of sectors behind her from blue chip companies to SMEs, as well as charity and local government, Jenny brings a broad insight into the developing labour market as well as the wider social and cultural challenges we encounter.

Outside of work, Jenny sits as Chair of Governors for one of her local primary schools and is the primary school representative for the Durham Schools Forum. She’s also a non- executive Trustee for a local welfare charity.
