Vicky currently runs her own consulting and coaching business. Prior to this she worked in global professional services organisations for over 16 years, including most recently as a partner in Ernst & Young’s Healthcare and Lifesciences Consulting Practice.

Vicky also worked for a number of years in a variety of senior operational management positions in the NHS.

Vicky has worked with several charities and third sector organisations and was previously a trustee with the Brazelton Centre UK.
