Lots of people we support struggle to enjoy Christmas as much as they could.
There’s disruption to our daily routines, expectations to do things you wouldn’t normally (“because it’s Christmas”!), sensory overload, crowds and lots, lots more.

The ‘A person-centred Christmas’ guide brings together a range of strategies and approaches that to support people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs to endure or potentially enjoy Christmas.
The guide is designed to help with good planning and clear communication at each point of the festivities including:
