We have been supporting people with disabilities in Devon since 1990.

We support people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health support needs across Devon, including Torbay, South Hams, Teignbridge, Exeter, Exmouth and Honiton.

We use person centred planning. This means that we listen to you and the people who are important in your life. We will make sure we have understood you. We will also make sure that other people around you understand how to communicate with you.

Support we offer

Residential care

We run three residential care homes across Devon for people with learning or physical disabilities.

We can support you to be as independent as you want to be, do activities, go on holiday, and to learn life and work skills at our college.

Supported living

We can support you, once you are ready, to live in your own home. This is usually through privately rented housing.

You can choose to live on your own or with housemates. We can help you work out how much support you will need.

We will work with you to understand where and how you want to live.

Education

For people aged 16-25, we offer training in independent living and work skills through ROC College.

ROC College can support you, in your local community, to learn life skills, improve your confidence and prepare for work or living alone.

ROC College has achieved Independent Specialist Provider status which means that we can apply to the Education Funding Agency (EFA) for your learning and development.
