The property
The property is a town house in a friendly residential area. On the ground floor, there is a good-sized lounge and a roomy kitchen with dining space. These are great places for everyone who lives here to spend time together over food and enjoy their shared interests. There is a large patio out the back, with access from the lounge on the first floor.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own toilet and wet room, and there’s also spare toilet by the kitchen.
The current vacancy is a large room and features an en-suite wet room with a shower and toilet. It’s on the ground floor, so would suit someone who might be put off by the stairs in other properties.

Honiton is well-connected by road and rail, making it a convenient place to explore the coast from. The nearest doctor’s surgery is 0.6 miles away, and there’s a dentist and opticians also very close by.
The support
United Response is a national charity that supports over 2000 people every day. Our local team in Devon is experienced and passionate about what they do.
Our staff are fully trained in working with people that have complex physical, mental health, behavioural or communication needs. In this location, we have also built up experience in some specific conditions, particularly epilepsy, dysphasia, dementia and Downs Syndrome.
Our focus is on providing safe care and treatment, promoting independence and maximising choice and control.
There is 24-hour support currently in place at this location, which is reassuring for people who value independence but who might need some support at any time.
