About the property

This property is a large, three-storey house in a friendly residential area and is usually home to 6 residents.

The room that’s currently vacant is on the first floor of the property. There are two short flights of stairs to access the room and no lift in the property, so it wouldn’t be the right place for someone with mobility restrictions.

On the ground floor, we have a lounge and a ‘snug’, as well as a dining room, utility room and kitchen room. The house has three bathrooms, so the arrangement is for two of the residents to share the closest one to their room.

The property is in a quiet, leafy area and is opposite a large public green space which is a lovely area to spend time in the summer. We are ideally situated two minutes from the beach, and two minutes from the local high street.

Support Services

United Response, a respected national charity, provides comprehensive support through our dedicated team of experienced care professionals who have established a stable presence at this residence.

The support structure includes 24-hour staffing with sleep-in arrangements, ensuring assistance is always available when needed.

We pride ourselves on delivering person-centered support tailored to each resident’s unique abilities, strengths, and goals.

We’re all about understanding what makes each person happy, then making it happen. For example, some people who we support in Littlehampton get real satisfaction from volunteering at a local centre to care for animals and plants.

Other people love attending a social group, health eating classes, theatre groups, swimming and dance classes, and a weekly dog walk. Others pursue their interests closer to home, with hobbies such as model houses, tropical fish and gardening. Music and film nights seem almost universally popular!

It’s really important to United Response to protect the privacy, safety and rights of everyone who lives at this location. That’s why we haven’t included every detail and there might be less photos than you’d expect. Please get in touch and we’ll be able to answer any questions, as well as support you and your social worker to assess its suitability.
